ILDIR ACCOUNTING AND ADVISORY SERVICES was founded in 1978 in İSTANBUL Kadıköy by Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) Hasan ILDIR. Accounting and advisory services has been rendered by C.P.A. Hasan ILDIR and C.P.A. Sena ILDIR during its 40 years of active existence. The company is still rendering services to its clients via its current second generation representative C.P.A. Deniz ILDIR and founder C.P.A. Hasan ILDIR.
DENIZ ILDIR, C.P.A. M.B.A.
Providing financial consultancy services to clients, Deniz Ildir is an active Certified Public Accountant possessing specialized knowledge on Financial Accounting and Reporting, International Financial Accounting Standards, Turkish Tax Legislation, Managerial And Cost Accounting and Labor Law.
He is the second generation representative of his certified public accounting services family firm that has been servicing client for 40 years in Istanbul. He has been personally involved in this office starting from 2010; he started rendering accounting services independently as his affiliation with TURMOB (Union Of Chambers Of Certified Public Accountants Of Turkey) has been approved and his license granted in 2015. In addition to that he is also a candidate member of United Kingdom’s ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Before his financial accounting career, he has also taken position as product manager and for years amassed experience providing Management Consultancy to some of the top 500 corporations of Turkey. His consultancy services covered production optimization and innovation procedures.
Deniz Ildir current accounting services include – but not restricted to – company establishment and registration procedures, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation procedures, accounting outsourcing services, financial and tax consultancy, tax declaration services along with multilingual financial reporting (balance and income sheets, cash flow and fund flow sheets, etc.) financial analyses and cost analyses.
Ildir, being an alumni of Uskudar American Academy – American Board Schools, has completed his BSc on Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He also attained his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Sabancı University, Istanbul. Completing his MBA degree, he joined a doctoral program in Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan – Italy and has graduated with an M.Phil degree in Business Administration. Besides these universities, he has also completed his B.A. in Economics in Anadolu University Faculty of Economics of Eskisehir.
